CoWorking is predicated on the concept of co-locating entrepreneurs, individual contributors, and businesses to build a professional ecosystem. When members work together, they contribute their own skills, services, and experiences that other members can now have direct access to.
RENTABLE SPACES
Flex Space: $95.00 Per Month
The flex space is the available locations at the workbench. These spaces are not assigned and are first come first serve. This is ideal for the individual who is looking to stop in to meet a client, pick up mail, or just stop in to get some work done. Flex space grants access to the space during normal business hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Dedicated Desks: $150.00 Per Month
The dedicated desks are assigned and reserved. These are ideal for the individual who would like more workspace and will spend multiple days a week in the office. Members who rent dedicated desks will have 24 X 7 X 365 access to the space.
Lockable Offices: Starting at $325.00 Per Month
There are eight private lockable offices varying in size. These offices are ideal for the individuals who will spend considerable time in the office and would like to be able to secure their space and make it their own. Members who rent lockable offices will have 24 X 7 X 365 access to the space.
SHARED SPACE
The Conference Space:
There are two conference rooms available to members and may be reserved as needed. One conference room seats 8 and is equipped with a TV and HDMI connection, perfect for presentations or large meetings. The other seats 6 and features a whiteboard perfect for collaboration, design and brainstorming sessions.
The Collaboration Space:
The Collaboration space was designed to be both engaging and relaxing. Feel free to grab some coffee and relax or use the space to discuss plans with your clients or take a call from the couch!
The Pantry:
Free coffee and tea are provided with your membership. As well as all the standard pantry amenities, fridge, microwave and filtered water.
